Refund policy
Please inspect all photos carefully as all products are vintage and may come with imperfections such as holes or stains, care is taken to provide you with the imperfections listed in the item description.
Sourced will provide a refund on full priced items when the following applies:
- item is in original condition in which it was received (matching photos in product listing)
- tags are still attached
- the item has not been damaged
- the item is returned within 10 working days of receiving the item and the original invoice as proof of purchase is provided
- SALE items are final sale, they CAN NOT be refunded
If a refund is approved, the refund will be applied to the original card of purchase when the items have been checked.
Unfortunately, we do not refund original shipping charges.
Return shipping must be prepaid and tracked to ensure safe and documented delivery.
Sourced takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries.
Unfortunately, return shipping charges are not refundable.
How to return an item:
Send an email to returns@sourcedvintage.com including; your name, receipt, description of the item(s) you would like to return and specify the reason. Our customer care will handle your claim within 2-3 working days.
When your claim is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email, and you can then return the item to our address;

Refunds will only occur once we have received the item and it has been inspected by our team.
Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days).
